The 113th Annual Subsidy Special Research Plan of the National Academy of Sciences has added the Characteristic Development Plan of the Department of Physics – the Pilot Program of the Discipline, please refer to the following webpage for details:

1. Purpose:

In order to subsidize the development of the research characteristics of the physics relationship between universities and colleges, strengthen their research energy, and enhance their competitiveness, this program is specially added.

2. Applying to Schools:

Institute of Physics, Faculty of Physics.

3. How to apply:

The Characteristic Development Plan (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”) of the Department of Physics shall be submitted in accordance with the deadline prescribed by the Association for a large number of projects, and the following conditions shall be met at the same time:

(1) The project category of “Special Topic – Annual Research Solicitation Scheme” is “General Research Project (Bulk Research)”

(2) The research category is an “integrated project”

(3) The project is attributed to “Nature Department”

(4) The name of the course code is “M03-Physics”

(5) The name of the plan is in Chinese

“Department of Physics Research Characteristic Development Plan – Total Drawing – XXXXX” or

“Department of Physics Research Characteristics Development Project – Sub-project X-XXXXX”…

(6) The name of the integrated master plan is “Characteristic Development Plan of the Department of Physics-XXXXX” in Chinese

(7) The principle that the chairperson of the integrated master plan shall be the head of the department.

(8) The period for full implementation is three years

(9) The host of the integrated master plan and the host of the sub-plan are the same department.

(10) Each integrated research project shall include a master plan and more than three sub-projects, and the host of the master plan shall preside over one sub-project at the same time. (i.e., at least three people per integrated research project.) )

(11) The host of the integrated master plan and the host of the sub-project shall submit the application for the project on the online operating system of the project project respectively. (i.e. at least four application barcode numbers for each integrated research project.) )

4. Review:

(1) Review method:

According to the review method of the special research plan of the physics department, the preliminary and re-examination shall be handled.

(2) Key points of review:

1. Cooperate with the characteristics of the school’s research and development.

2. Research performance, leadership and coordination ability of the host of the master plan in the past five years, and execution ability during the implementation of the plan.

3. The overall division of labor structure, integration and relevance of the research focus of the project.

4. The method, schedule and phased results of achieving the objectives of the cost plan.

5. The school’s cooperation measures (including space, manpower, equipment, cooperation funds and administrative support, etc.).

6. The appropriateness and necessity of applying for subsidy funds.

5. After the subsidy is approved, the plan will be approved in the form of annual approval and a single integrated plan. The approved amount of each integrated research plan shall not exceed 1 million yuan.

6. Assessment:

(1) Mid-term assessment

In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the plan, the master plan host shall submit the interim progress report to the website of the Association two months before the end of the annual plan implementation period, and the master plan will review the progress and effectiveness of the plan according to the plan, and if necessary, the master plan host may report to the Council.

(2) Final assessment

The project moderator shall submit a complete outcome report within three months after the expiration of the full implementation period.

7. The signing and appropriation, extension and change, and reimbursement of funds of this plan shall be handled in accordance with the key points of the operation of the subsidized special research plan of the Union, the principles of handling the funds of the subsidized special research plan of the Union, the subsidy contract and the implementation agreement of the special research plan, and other relevant regulations.
